Banner Health - 9201 West Thomas Road - Responsibilities: Provides assistance in activities of daily living and completes necessary tasks to promote patient health, including assisting patients with basic hygiene needs, mobility, and nutritional intake.; Collects patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output and other measurements; documents objective data and routine aspects of patient care.; Recognizes and reports abnormalities and/or changes in patient health status to a licensed professional; communicates status to other caregivers.; Performs procedures and uses equipment under supervision of a licensed professional; may include blood draws, Foley catheter removal, EKGs, and EKG monitoring.; Performs receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations and workflow.
