Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare setting; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and directing individuals according to site protocols to help support controlled entry and movement throughout the location; Complete routine reports and incident documentation, noting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or operational irregularities for follow-up by site leadership
