At Justpoint, you will join a supportive team that embraces challenges, celebrates learning, and thrives in a fast-paced, forward-looking environment.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Conduct in-depth legal and factual research to support case development, identify viable claims, and craft novel legal theoriesDraft and prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and memorandaManage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearancesCollaborate with internal research teams to evaluate emerging case opportunitiesDevelop and implement creative legal strategies in coordination with internal teamsMaintain clear and professional communication with clients, co-counsel, courts, and colleaguesWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Licensed to practice in Arizona or a reciprocal jurisdiction ( REQUIRED )2–8 years of experience in mass tort or complex litigation ( REQUIRED )Strong litigation background with the ability to manage complex cases independently under pressureExceptional legal research, writing, and drafting skills (motions, briefs, substantive filings)Experience with Daubert and summary judgment briefing strongly preferredPrior experience taking and defending depositions of plaintiffs, fact witnesses, and experts strongly preferredSuperior analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinkingEffective communicator with strong collaboration skills across teams and stakeholdersSelf‑motivated, adaptable, and steady under pressureWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Salary range: $90,000 – $200,000 per year depending on experienceCompetitive compensation with opportunities for growthFully remote environment with a distributed, supportive team401(k)Health, dental, vision, and life insuranceUnlimited paid time off and recognition of local holidaysTraining and professional development opportunitiesTO APPLY Please submit your resume and a writing sample .
