Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Plumbing Technician based in Phoenix, AZ. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems, pipes, and fixtures in residential settings. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service. The role requires effective communication to explain repair solutions and offer guidance on maintenance best practices to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Residential Plumbing, Water heater repair/replace and Water Treatment systems
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systems and residential structures
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively and ensure satisfaction
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix plumbing issues
• Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid license and reliable transportation to commute to job sites
• Relevant certifications or training in plumbing are a plus
