Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role located in Phoenix, AZ. The CMO will be responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing strategies and initiatives, including market planning, research, and execution to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. The position requires supervising public relations activities, developing and managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the CMO will lead efforts to strengthen partnerships and business opportunities, ensuring the alignment of marketing and sales strategies with VALLEYLIFE's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop effective strategies and insights.
  • Strong skills in Public Relations and Marketing Management to oversee campaigns and maintain VALLEYLIFE's brand image.
  • Proven experience in Sales to create alignment between marketing efforts and revenue generation goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders and community organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or working with disability services.
