Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Professional, personable demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
  • Experience assisting with payroll processes is preferred
  • Event coordination or office activity planning experience is a plus

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for their office. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations while supporting administrative functions and internal coordination efforts. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front office presence
  • Keep the reception area and common spaces organized and efficient
  • Provide daily administrative support, including assisting with payroll-related tasks
  • Coordinate office lunches, meetings, and internal events
  • Work closely with office leadership to support ongoing operational needs

Additional Details:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation for occasional local travel between offices
