MBK Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Maintain, clean, and repair all equipment and property as necessary, or as directed by work orders, and/or supervisor(s); Address daily work orders; such as replacing light bulbs, repairing resident furniture, bathroom repair, kitchen repair, air conditioning and heater filter maintenance, and all other general maintenance tasks; Keep work areas safe by posting proper signs and free of hazardous objects; Plan, order, and perform all interior/exterior painting and landscaping duties to ensure grounds are well kept, clean and attractive; Maintain and repair pools/spas and equipment to ensure full operations and compliance with all governing regulations
