This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Associate Attorney will handle legal tasks that include providing counsel on labor and employment law matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations. Additionally, the role involves preparing and presenting cases in general liability, construction defect, commercial litigation, and other practice areas within the firm's expertise.

• Strong expertise in Law with demonstrated experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing sound Legal Advice and handling client-related matters
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive Research to support case preparation and decision-making
• Experience with Negotiation and dispute resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Arizona State Bar
• Prior experience in insurance defense, construction defect, or commercial litigation is a plus
