Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage financial and staffing performance. Key responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction, budgeting, managing Profit & Loss (P&L), recruiting, and supervising employees to maintain high operational standards. The role also focuses on fostering an inviting atmosphere to ensure a great dining experience for customers and team members alike.

• Strong expertise in P&L Management and Budgeting to meet financial and operational goals
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and team leadership, including employee development
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
