JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Part Time/20 hours Location: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite Duration: 3-month contract Additional Information: 20 hours/week (may exceed based on workload Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Onsite work only. Assignment is not expected to be extended at this time. 0verview The Data Entry Specialist will support - Department of Public Health with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment. This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database. The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry. Skills Required: English and Spanish comprehension (reading and writing); computer / technology skills; typing speed Skills Preferred: Experience in Public Health Experience Required: Data Entry Education Required: High school diploma or GED
