- Join a group of 5 physicians with 2 office locations in West Phoenix
- 100% Pulm: option for outpatient clinic only or combination of clinic, hospital consults, and supervision of APPs at Rehab facilities
- 8-5pm approximately; plus some shared weekend coverage
- Sleep would also be welcome

- Initial salary and transition to RVU-based compensation
