Senior Finance Manager – Honeywell AerospaceAs a Senior Finance Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business. You will oversee all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and the finance operating system, while leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals. Your work will drive financial performance and help achieve business objectives. This position reports directly to the Commercial OE VP CFO and is based in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid work schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, and working capital.Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability.Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.Champion standardization in financial reporting and processes across multiple customer business teams.Develop consolidated reporting tools to highlight performance against key financial metrics for the sales channel.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Dynamic and self‑motivated individuals.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Innovative and eager to learn mindset.Curious individuals with a passion for continuous improvement.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
