Transportation DispatcherApopka, FLAs a Dispatcher you'll be part of a small but mighty team that supports overnight operations at the Phoenix location. You'll monitor our local fleet, troubleshoot in real time, and help our 15+ drivers stay safe, on schedule, and in compliance. From reroutes to breakdowns, you'll be the connection between what's happening on the road and the decisions being made on the ground.In This Role You'll:Support drivers and transportation teamMonitor GPS and fleet systems (e.g., Samsara, Descartes) for route progress, fuel use, and service timeTroubleshoot routing issues and device errors, communicating next steps clearlyTrack and log overnight activity through reports, shift handoffs, and call documentationEscalate urgent issues to leadership and collaborate cross-functionallyEnsure compliance with DOT regulations and promote a culture of safety and serviceDebrief drivers and flag performance concerns as neededYard & Route observationsWhat You'll Bring:2+ years in transportation, dispatch, or logistics (food distribution preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsespecially under pressureComfort working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidaysFamiliarity with dispatch and tracking systems (Samsara, Coretex, Roadnet, etc.)Confidence using Excel, Outlook, and BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Sharp attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and solve problemsBilingual (Spanish) a plusThe Schedule & Setting:Full-timeMust be available for nights, weekends, and holidaysPay & Benefits:Starting pay: $23/HRWeekly pay (every Friday)Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and moreCompany-provided uniforms and work shoesWhy Join Us:We're not just in the business of distribution - we're in the business of development.
