LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Tempe who is in search of a commercial dispatcher to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday fully onsite, and requires commercial dispatching experience. The hourly rate is up to $27/hr.

This role is responsible for coordinating high-volume service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has hands-on experience using dispatch software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate a high volume of commercial service calls and work orders
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and skill set
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to meet customer needs
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Utilize dispatch software to track jobs, update statuses, and maintain accurate records
  • Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive requests while maintaining overall workflow efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve scheduling or service issues as they arise
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of high-volume commercial dispatching experience required
  • Proven experience using dispatch or scheduling software (ServiceTitan, ESC, or similar)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly to changes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
