We're a rapidly growing Single Family, Multi-Family & Commercial flooring company serving some of the nation's top General Contractors. Our team specializes in delivering turnkey flooring, tile, and carpet solutions for large-scale developments across the country.

We're looking for a high-level, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Scottsdale, AZ office and play a critical role in driving financial performance, scalability, and long-term growth. This is a key executive leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial operations, guiding strategic decision-making, and ensuring the company is positioned to achieve its aggressive growth targets.

• Lead all financial functions including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals (multi-state expansion, scaling operations, etc.)
• Build, manage, and optimize financial models to support executive decision-making and profitability tracking
• Oversee job costing, margin analysis, and WIP reporting across multifamily, SFR, and commercial divisions
• Partner with Operations and Sales leadership to improve gross profit, reduce cost leakage, and drive efficiency
• Manage banking relationships, lines of credit, and capital strategy to support working capital needs and growth initiatives
• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Oversee and develop the accounting/finance team, including Controller and support staff
• Support M&A activity, new market expansion, and strategic partnerships as needed
  

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a CFO or senior finance executive role
• Construction industry experience required (flooring, subcontracting, or related trades strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and project-based financials
• Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multi-entity / multi-state operations preferred
• Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools (experience with construction-focused systems is a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence — able to influence at all levels of the organization
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
• Performance Bonus (OTE: $220,000 – $240,000+)
