Experienced and entry-level positions available.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of clinical monitoring, site management, and trial administration as prescribed in the monitoring plan and as instructed by program leadership. This includes working with sites during study start-up, assessing site feasibility, providing ongoing training, conducting remote monitoring, and performing approximately 25-30 interim onsite and closeout field monitoring visits located throughout the US and Canada. The CRA evaluates clinical data documentation, regulatory document review, assists monitors, and ensures investigator and site compliance with study protocol, FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, CRO SOPs, and HIPAA guidelines.Completes preparation and submission of accurate and timely monitoring reports and other requested deliverables, as outlined in the Study Monitoring Plan or as requested by program leadership.Planned and schedules remote and onsite monitoring visits in accordance with the Study Monitoring Plan or as requested by program leadership.Performs Lead Study Monitoring activities, acting as the primary liaison between BNI CRO and the Clinical Study Sponsor to ensure quality monitoring and site management customer services. The Lead Study Monitor reviews monitoring deliverables, conducts co-monitoring visits, and mentors CRA team members.Participates in the quality control process for assigned monitoring activities, contributing to the improvement of quality control procedures, including the development of internal corrective and preventative action plans when needed.Proactively participates in program development, making contributions to the overall quality improvement of clinical monitoring services and collaborating with program leadership to expand and grow BNI CRO's professional portfolio.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution.2-3 years of clinical research experience required, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.PreferredRegistered Nurse, AZ, orPhysical Therapist, AZ, orOccupational Therapist, AZ, orClinical Research Associate, orCertified Clinical Research Professional.LocationSt. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona – hosts the Barrow Neurological Institute.Pay Range$35.62 – $52.99 /hr#J-18808-Ljbffr
