TRCTalent is partnering with a well-known, and growing, wealth management firm supporting a vast network of financial professionals across all 50 states, where your expertise makes a meaningful impact. Youll be part of a collaborative, high-performing environment, working alongside experienced advisors and benefits experts while helping employees build long-term financial security. Position is a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Specialist to manage and support 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC/457) plans. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in plan administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Administer 401(k) and NQDC plans, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance (ERISA, IRS, DOL)
Partner with recordkeepers, third-party administrators, and vendors to support plan operations
Manage contributions, distributions, reporting, and participant data
Develop and deliver employee education and communication on retirement benefits
Support plan audits and maintain compliance documentation
Document and improve internal processes
Assist with retirement plan transitions related to acquisitions

Qualifications
35 years of retirement plan administration experience
Strong knowledge of 401(k) plans; NQDC experience preferred
Familiarity with providers such as Vanguard or Fidelity is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Effective communicator with ability to engage employees and stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
