The People Services team sits within the People Strategy & Operations Organization and is responsible for providing a high quality support experience to employees, in close partnership with functions such as HRBP, Total Rewards, Payroll, Recruiting, Compliance, Global Mobility, Leave of Absences and Accommodations, and HR Technology.
The team also plays a key role in driving efficient operations and maintaining data integrity for the People team as a whole by executing key processes throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, terminations, internal transfers, I-9 verification).
In this role, you'll provide world-class service to managers, employees, and partners seeking support via the AskHR service desk. With a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, you'll support the execution of People programs spanning the entire employee lifecycle. You'll also share your observations and contribute ideas to inform ongoing process improvements.
