The Salvation Army (Western) - 241 East 6th Street - Responsibilities: Supervise volunteers helping with food preparation and serving; Maintain the Maricopa County health Department standards for food storage, food preparation, kitchen maintenance, kitchen cleanliness and use of all equipment in kitchen and dining room area; Develop weekly meal plans that have variety and balanced nutrition for seniors; Record daily meal counts and senior attendance, using portion control and minimizing waste; Coordinate special events and holiday meal preparations with program staff
