The Capital Grille - 2502 East Camelback Road - Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant; Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time; Uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards for guest safety; Prepare all food items offered in the restaurant; Assist with maintaining a clean, sanitized and safe kitchen area
