Quality Control Supervisor, Production

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Inspectors and related production personnel. Ensure thorough inspections of partially assembled and finished products are conducted in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Monitor and verify inspection results to ensure defective products are properly reworked, rejected, or documented. Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions to management and production teams. Conduct audits and visual inspections throughout the production process to maintain quality compliance. Train, mentor, and coach employees on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices. Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols within assigned processing areas and report any violations or non-compliance. Collaborate with production, operations, and management teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes. Monitor workflow and staffing to ensure inspection activities support production timelines and deadlines. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inspection results, defects, and quality trends. Address and report material shortages or supply issues that may impact quality inspection operations. Maintain a professional work environment and ensure team members represent the company positively. Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Investigate unsafe conditions or practices and ensure they are reported and corrected promptly. Perform other related duties as assigned to support quality assurance and production objectives.

Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Ability to analyze quality issues and recommend effective corrective actions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with supervisors, production teams, and management. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to train employees and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. Position may require prolonged standing, sitting, bending, walking, and lifting or moving materials. Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions including production equipment, noise, and active work areas. Supervisor must monitor floor activities and may spend extended periods on the production floor.
