Job Summary:

Humano is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate to join our team. The role involves operating an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists. This individual will receive a count list each day and escalate any issues to the Inventory Control team for support. The position requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is a must

• Ability to operate an Order Picker (OP)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists

• Work with the Inventory Control team to escalate and resolve any inventory issues

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documents

• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule:

This is a Monday-Friday first shift position, approximately 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and able to adhere to the schedule.

Compensation:

Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
