ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
  
• Provide aid in transporting customer products by utilizing correct lifting methods toprevent injuries.
  
• Help to organize inventory within the shipping area, ensuring proper stock levels.
  
• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient shipping processes.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  
• Other duties may be assigned.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
  
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
  
• Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
  
• Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• 0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Primarily operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
  
• Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
