We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Call Taker to join our team. This position requires a versatile skill set, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to perform under pressure while making sound decisions. As part of our team, you'll play a key rolein ensuring our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is upheld during every client interaction.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Summer schedule requires working Saturdays with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Choice of an alternate day off from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
- Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling
- Provide 5-star level of service to our customers
- Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service
- Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling
- Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Experience with Service Titan software is a plus but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
