What You will Do:

• Provide part status inputs along with Line of Balance
• Documents process issues.
• Prepare progress reports and Work in Progress [WIP] Reporting
• Facilitate implementation of need-based solutions.
• Identify needed resources to keep product moving
• Track work order movement through the manufacturing process of specific product identified by value stream

What You Will Bring:

• HS Diploma/GED. Associate degree preferred
• 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production and on time delivery
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Experienced with MS Office suite to include intermediate level experience with Excel [pivot tales/VLOOKUP's]
• Cross functional team experience
• Observes all safety rules per OSHA guidelines

Pay Range: $65K to $80K per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
