Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Evaluate residents interest and involvement in Life Skills; Develop Life Skills tailored to each residents unique needs and abilities; Engage residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening; Review resident profile and the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and spend time talking with residents and family members to determine the best Life Skill or life enriching activity for each resident; Record and document resident participation according to Sunrise quality service standards
