Warehouse Material Handler Executes material receiving, storage, staging, and distribution activities to support manufacturing operations and product assembly, with a strong focus on accuracy, inventory integrity, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities Perform material movement between designated areas using handcarts, pallet jacks, powered industrial trucks, and forklifts, as requiredReceive and issue individual material requisitions for internal and external departments through both physical handling and system transactions; verify quantities and accuracyProcess materials against purchase orders and work orders using an electronic materials management systemCoordinate with on?site and off?site warehousing locations to support parts replenishment and material storagePartner with logistics and production teams to identify, resolve, and help prevent material shortagesConduct cycle counts and physical inventory according to established schedulesAssist with reconciling inventory discrepancies and report findings to the SupervisorSupport training and onboarding of new team members, as neededComply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality System policies and proceduresRead and follow work instructions and bills of materialsPerform other assigned duties and special projects as requiredQuality Expectations Complete all required Quality and Compliance training within established timeframesIdentify, document, and report quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actionsRequired Qualifications High school diploma or local equivalentProficiency in basic mathematicsAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with othersBasic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience in warehousing or material handlingWorking knowledge of ERP and inventory management systemsAbility to perform job?related physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodationExperience using automated or powered lifting equipmentWe will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.GE HealthCare offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
