As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you are the engine of our growth—opening doors, starting conversations, and creating real opportunities for our sales team.

• Prospect local businesses through cold calls, email, and social outreach
• Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Research and identify high-value prospects
• Navigate conversations with gatekeepers and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate activity in CRM systems (Apollo, etc.)
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive outreach
• Continuously improve through training, coaching, and execution
