Description:

TYG is partnering with a large international construction advisory firm expanding its US presence as part of a broader global growth strategy. With a strong reputation and major infrastructure pipeline, they are investing heavily in building a national scheduling and advisory team.

Opportunities are available from mid-level schedulers through to senior leaders who want to shape scheduling strategy within a growing platform.

The Role

As a Scheduler, you will develop, manage, and analyse project schedules across complex infrastructure and heavy civil programs. You will work closely with project teams to proactively manage risk, improve planning processes, and support project delivery from baseline through monthly updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, baselines, and updates

• Analyse progress, delays, and risks, producing clear schedule narratives and reports

• Support proactive planning during bid and delivery phases

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and estimators

• Maintain cost and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6

• Contribute to scheduling best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong CPM scheduling background within heavy civil, infrastructure, transportation, or utilities

• 5+ years scheduling experience preferred

• Primavera P6 proficiency

• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)

• Exposure to claims, disputes, or forensic scheduling is a plus
