Must Have

• Should be proficient in ReactJS and its core principles
• Strong CSS skills with knowledge on developing responsive web application
• Strong HTML and JavaScript knowledge
• Working Experience in SharePoint Framework SPFx and TypeScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools eg Webpack and Babel
• Familiarity with testing frameworks eg Jest and Enzyme

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Identifies manages and escalates issues and risks as appropriate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to present concise reports and recommendations

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
