AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring the cloud remains operational. Our diverse team includes software, hardware, and network engineers, along with supply chain specialists and operations managers.Together, we tackle complex supply chain challenges to deliver exceptional safety and security standards while maintaining cost efficiency for our customers.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly. We are looking for dedicated individuals who possess a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Commitment to safety and operational excellence is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for build and repair activities.
• Receiving and managing parts, checking out items to Data Center Technicians and Engineers.
• Loading and unloading shipments, and transporting parts between various locations.
• Maintaining precise records of all inventory going in and out of the facility.
• Ensuring workspaces are clean, organized, and safe.

This position involves frequent lifting of materials and products and may require weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• Basic Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing practices.
• At least 2 years of logistics experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
• Experience using computerized inventory systems.
• Familiarity with waybills and shipping procedures.

Compensation: Hourly rate between 26.00 - 47.00 USD, with potential sign-on payments and restricted stock units included.
