Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family,is looking for a Meat Cutter who is detail-oriented and doesn't mind frigid temperatures.
As a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include:
- Reading prep sheet
- Following Bubba's 33 specs
- Tracking product yield
- Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment
- Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
- Exhibits teamwork
