ECHO is hiring at our Phoenix, AZ location! We are looking for a Group Lead on 2nd shift to lead and support the daily operations of the Extrusion and Twister departments by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This position is responsible for coordinating shift activities, maintaining process standards, supporting changeovers and machine operation, training team members, and promoting clear communication to ensure consistent production flow.
This position pays $19$23 per hour, depending on experience, and is also eligible for an annual bonus based on both company performance and individual performance. Training will be in first shift, upon successful completion of training position will be transferred to 2nd shift. 2nd shift hours are 2pm - 10:30pm.
