Material Handler

Pay: $20.85/HR

Shift: M-Thu 5AM - 3:30PM overtime on Fridays

Location: El Mirage, AZ

Job Duties:

• Run overhead crane system to handle steel beams, plates and assemblies.
• Material Handler experience in a structural steel shop and/or overhead cane experience
• Handle and move small pieces of steel and shop equipment weighing 10 to 50 pounds.
• Assist with cleaning and painting of steel including handling paint and solvents
• Drive forklift and tractor.
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars utilizing above equipment and systems
• Perform yard and building cleaning tasks and assist in maintenance of building and equipment

Job Requirements:

• Individuals must have adequate strength, mobility, dexterity, vision, hearing and stamina to perform the above tasks with minimal assistance from others
• Be able to follow instructions well and work without constant supervision
