Riam Recruiting is partnering with a mission-driven FQHC serving the Phoenix and Mesa areas to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its team.

Why Consider This Role?

Salary: $145k-$175K

Schedule: 40 hours/week - flexible (5x8s or 4x10s)

Support: Dedicated medical assistant assigned to each provider

Impact: Serve diverse communities (68% of patients are Spanish-speaking)

Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment Program - up to $50K for a 2-year commitment

What we're looking for:

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (relevant prior medical/clinical experience considered)

Experience with the underserved and culturally diverse populations is highly preferred

Locations: Onsite only - Phoenix or Mesa
