Join Our Team as a QA/QC Manager (Data Centers) – Drive Quality Excellence in Mission-Critical MEP Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive QA/QC programs tailored to mission-critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform regular site inspections ensuring compliance with project specifications, commissioning requirements, and data-center-grade standards.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate QA/QC teams to consistently deliver accurate, timely quality results.
• Collaborate with project management, trade partners, commissioning agents, and client representatives to proactively address quality issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain strong documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, corrective action logs, and system turnover packages.
• Ensure complete traceability of quality activities across all phases of construction and commissioning.

Required Skills

• Proven QA/QC experience within MEP or mission-critical construction, preferably involving high-density electrical or mechanical systems.
• Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices applicable to large-scale power, cooling, and critical infrastructure.
• Strong leadership abilities with a commitment to driving accountability and excellence.
• Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with quality management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital inspection tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead AuditorCCM, or similar.
• Experience with BIM, QA/QC software, digital workflows, or other advanced construction technologies.
• Multilingual capabilities for coordination across diverse project teams.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in large-scale MEP or mission-critical projects, ideally data centers.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
