Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site protocols; Support daily operations by preparing clear incident reports, maintaining awareness of sensitive areas, and assisting with security-related requests from authorized personnel
