Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2400 East Missouri Avenue - Responsibilities: Patrol the resort grounds to ensure the quality and safety of hotel guests and associates; Investigate and report all guest and associate complaints, losses, crimes and accidents & incidents in a timely and accurate manner; When assigned to dispatch, log in and out keys and radios to associates, maintain an accurate log of department activity, and monitor foot traffic including visitor and package pass procedures; Conduct daily and monthly written safety inspections; Monitor traffic control as needed
