Immediate and ongoing Locums need for an Arizona Licensed Nurse Practitioner.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FMNP) to join our team on a locum tenens basis in Arizona (AZ). This position provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the healthcare of our patients.

Schedule: 4 Days per week/10 Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Conduct routine check-ups, health assessments, and screenings for patients of all ages.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatments as needed.
• Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and licensure in the state of Arizona (AZ).
• Previous experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred.
