Target - 7409 West Virginia Avenue - Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist with inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience; Respond to security incidents and document them using case management systems; Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed; Prevent theft and shortage at the front of store by performing merchandise receipt checks; Understand and use Target's video surveillance system and maintain safety/compliance standards
