Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE: We are looking for a fearless and accountable Customer Service Team Leader who is positive and passionate! An entry level manager, the assistant customer service manager, will effectively assist the Store Team Leader and other assistant managers in their management duties and share responsibility for the store's operation and performance. The Customer Service Team Leader directs the operations of the front end of the grocery store, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience where purchases are quickly and accurately recorded and totaled. A Customer Service Team Leader can work at a fast pace, has a keen eye for safety and will be able to help execute an assortment of duties throughout the store.
