Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.; Greet and screen visitors, verify identification, issue temporary access credentials, and coordinate visitor check-in and check-out per site policy.; Monitor lobby activity, phones, and incoming requests; route calls and/or inquiries to the appropriate contacts while maintaining a professional presence.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying the appropriate parties.; Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or visitor management tools from the reception area, and report unusual activity according to post orders.
