Panel Installer

As a Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing exterior wall panel systems, metal roofing, custom wall facades, and performing waterproofing tasks. You will receive training on the installation of wall panels and use various tools to cut and install them, ensuring structures are waterproofed with sealant prior to panel installation.

Responsibilities:

• Install exterior wall panel systems, metal roofing, and custom wall facades.
• Perform waterproofing tasks using sealant prior to panel installation.
• Use tools to cut and install wall panels efficiently.

Essential Skills:

• Previous construction experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Experience in carpentry, roofing, and framing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive to various parts of the valley.
• Ownership of personal tools for installation tasks.

Work Environment:

Work across various job sites in the valley, including projects at TSMC, QTS Data Center, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Collaborate with a crew of 4-5 members under the guidance of a foreman, with start times ranging from 5am-7am depending on the season and job site. Be prepared to work at heights and in summer heat, wearing PPE such as work boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves, all provided by the company.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
