Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.; Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying authorization, issuing directions, and/or documenting entries according to site procedures.; Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, using clear written and verbal communication to support security-related operations.
