Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) Location: Phoenix, AZ - Remote Key Responsibilities: Experience in clinical dentistry. DMD or DDS degree is required from an accredited School of Dentistry. Provide clinical guidance regarding appropriateness and medical necessity of dental procedures.
