Ross Stores - 5707 West Northern Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft; Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and address them with Store Leadership; Support Loss Prevention directives to minimize operational shortage; Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company dress code; Assist with training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
