Ross Stores - 7333 West Thomas Road - Responsibilities: Maintains safe & secure environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring behavior and following loss prevention directives; Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Supports shortage reduction initiatives and training of Associates; Collaborates with Store Leadership to minimize operational shortage
