At Home - 1050 West Elliot Road - Responsibilities: Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity.; Manage daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc.; Participate in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions and stock product in designated areas.; Support the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience to operate effectively and profitably.; Coach and train store team on visual merchandising priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience.
