Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, food and beverage; Drive sales through operations, local store marketing, and recruiting; Coach and counsel team members, including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls; Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting audition guidelines; Ensure Steps of Service are followed and PEAKS service is provided to every table
