At Home - 12025 North 32nd Street - Responsibilities: The OL performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.; Coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics.; Participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.; Supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably.; Drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
